Where a failure is major, you may choose a refund or replacement. Where a failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, decline service to any customer, and cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Pet products may pose risks if used incorrectly or without supervision. You agree to supervise pets and children whenever they interact with Goods purchased from this Website.

7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or operational constraints.

Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your Order, including shipping fees.

We may cancel an Order if payment is not received or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

 

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Allocation

We ship Australiawide using trusted carriers.  Shopping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and peak periods.

Once Goods are dispatched, risk in the Goods passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by thirdparty carriers.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.  We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Our returns and refunds process complies with the ACL.

If you are unsatisfied, please refer to our Refund Policy, which explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We may request photographs or additional information to assess your claim.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—such as grooming tools, bedding, chews, treats, supplements, and opened toys—cannot be returned unless faulty.

Changeofmind returns may be offered at our discretion and may require the product to be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
